UK Spouse & Partner Visas (Appendix FM)
Bringing your husband, wife, civil partner, or unmarried partner to live with you in the UK requires satisfying stringent legal tests under Appendix FM of the Immigration Rules. Applications are subjected to meticulous scrutiny regarding:
- Minimum Income Requirement: Demonstrating eligible earnings at or above the Home Office threshold (£29,000 baseline under Category A/B employment, or cash savings under Category D).
- Genuine & Subsisting Relationship: Providing verifiable cohabitation evidence, marriage certificates, communication logs, and joint financial ties.
- English Language Proficiency: Approved CEFR A1 (entry) or A2 (extension) certificate from an approved Secure English Language Test (SELT) provider.
- Adequate Accommodation: Property inspection reports confirming that the dwelling will not become overcrowded under the Housing Act 1985.
Fiancé & Proposed Civil Partner Visas
Granted for 6 months to enable you to marry or enter into a civil partnership in the UK, without the right to work during this initial period. Following marriage, we assist you in switching seamlessly to a 30-month Spouse visa in-country.
Dependant Child & Adult Relative Visas
Securing entry clearance or leave to remain for non-British children under 18 where one or both parents hold settled status or qualifying work visas. We also evaluate the rare and legally demanding Adult Dependant Relative (ADR) route.
Student & Graduate Visas (Post-Study Work)
Assisting international students in London with Student Route CAS compliance, and graduating students switching into the 2-year unsponsored Graduate Route (or 3 years for PhD graduates) to work freely in the UK.
After completing 30 months on your initial Spouse visa, you must apply for Further Leave to Remain (FLR(M)) before your current visa expires. We assemble 2 full years of continuous joint cohabitation proof (council tax, utility bills, joint bank statements) to guarantee an uninterrupted pathway to 5-year ILR.
