Essential Requirements to Secure a Sponsor Licence
To successfully obtain a UK Sponsor Licence, British businesses must provide evidence across four core pillars established by UK Visas and Immigration (UKVI). Supervised by Director Mr. Guganesan Shanmugam, Kingdom Legal Ltd audits your evidence prior to submission.
- Qualifying Documentation (Appendix A): At least 4 documents such as audited annual accounts, corporate bank statement, VAT registration certificate, employer liability insurance (£5m+), and proof of ownership or lease of commercial business premises.
- Genuine Employment Vacancy: Demonstrating that your organization requires skilled personnel at RQF Level 3 or above with genuine operational necessity.
- Robust HR & Record-Keeping Systems: Maintaining right-to-work tracking, contact detail logging, absence reporting, and biometric residence permit (BRP/eVisa) archiving.
- Suitable Key Personnel: Appointing an Authorising Officer, Key Contact, and Level 1 User who have clear criminal records and are based in the UK.
